JSON Con (a product by Sergio Labs) is a fully functional, offline desktop application delivered as an immediate digital download. Because there is no mechanical way to "return" the digital license key and ensure the software is permanently erased from your devices, all sales are considered final.
Once the license key is redeemed and the product is activated, there are no refunds. You can only get a refund if you did not activate the product.
